Folk Arts Center of New England’s Dancing on the Greenway

Beginning on Tuesday, July 9th, the tradition of dancing in the heart of Boston will return to Dewey Square on the Rose Kennedy Greenway! This 8-week FREE dance series, running on Tuesday nights from 7:00pm-9:00pm through July and August, will feature a variety of participatory dance genres including Scottish & English Ceilidhs, New England contra dancing, Bal Folk, Cajun & Zydeco, and International folk dances from the Balkans and beyond.

This is a beloved part of many people’s summers, bringing together folks of all ages, cultures, dance traditions, and experience levels. We hope to see you there!
