Green Walks with Hana
Improve health and quality of life by clearing your mind, stretching your body, and engaging your senses:
The class will start with gentle TaiChi/Qigong warm-up stretches on Dewey Square across from South Station and follow with a mindful, slow-paced walk, ending near Rowes Wharf Plaza. No experience, mat, props, or special clothing is needed. All ages and abilities. Relax, refresh, recharge – treat yourself to ME TIME in the middle of the day!
