Caleb brings many years of experience to the Conservancy.  Skilled in non-profit accounting, finance, administration and grants management, he is passionate about the role non-profit organizations play in economic development and community engagement. With a Masters in Finance and a B.A. in Political Science, he is skilled in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. He previously worked in government for the Massachusetts House Ways & Means Committee before entering the non-profit sector.
