Pilates by Movement with Jill
Join Movement with Jill outside for a 1 hour full body Pilates class on the Greenway! Get stronger while connecting your body and mind through these low impact movements. Pilates lengthens, strengthens, and tones the body while creating a mind body awareness. Pilates will help with posture, balance, mental clarity and so much more. Leave this class feeling better than before! All you need for this class is a yoga mat and water, class can be done with or without shoes.
