First Dewey Harvest Donated

We have donated our first batch of home grown veggies to Lovin’ Spoonfuls—a local nonprofit that collects and distributes food to crisis centers, soup kitchens, and other social service entities.

A Cocktail on the Greenway

It’s not easy being a garden in the middle of downtown Boston. A garden bed in Dewey Square Park is suffering from deficient soils and poor drainage, and will soon be getting some additional attention from our Green & Grow teens. We’re using the soil and irrigation remediation of this bed as an educational opportunity.

Bright Lights for Winter Nights 2010

Tomorrow, the Greenway unveils Bright Lights for Winter Nights, a 12-week lighting and art display that will run from December 21st to the spring equinox, March 21st, 2011. Join us Tuesday, December 21st from 4-7 PM for a free celebratory event.
